How to get started? (Registration instructions)
Using the app is extremely simple, completely safe, and free.
Step 1: Download the app from the store to your phone.
Step 2: Launch the app and on the login screen enter your basic information (First name, last name, and exact date of birth). Our system will instantly try to find you in our patient database.
What if the system doesn't recognize you? Don't worry! If the app says you weren't found, it's for only two reasons:
- You are a brand new patient: You haven't visited our clinic yet, and we look forward to your first visit!
- Incomplete data: Your medical record with us is missing one of the key pieces of information (most often, the date of birth).
What should you do? Just click the button „Send registration request“ which will appear on your phone screen. Our staff will create your profile in our system as soon as possible, link your appointments, and notify you that your application is ready to use. Welcome!
