Dr. Vladimir Malušev

He enrolled in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Belgrade in 1997 after graduating from the Sixth Belgrade High School. He completed his Summer internship in 2005 at the Oral Surgery clinic under Professor Snežana Čolić, where he very quickly realized which area of dentistry he would specialize in.
After graduating, in the same year, he goes to serve his mandatory military service in Novi Sad, and after three months of basic training, he is transferred to Belgrade, to the General Staff clinic, where he gains his first practical experience after college.
He began his internship at the Faculty of Dentistry in Belgrade in 2006, and after passing the state exam, he was employed at the “DIV” private dental practice managed by Dr. Vera Peklar in Belgrade, where he practiced general dentistry and would work until 2013.
During his tenure at the “DIV” clinic, he began collaborating with the company “Implantodent” from Belgrade, which imports and distributes Straumann implants (today's “Demeas”), and became more familiar with the intricacies of the implant system. This collaboration lasted from 2007 to 2013.
He enrolled in the specialty program in Oral Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry in Belgrade in 2009 under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Bojan Gačić and graduated with high honors in 2013. That same year he participated in the founding of the “Smile Esthetics” specialist clinic with the “Swissdent” company, now “Demeas,” with the idea of creating a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of diseases of the teeth and oral cavity.
Throughout his career, he regularly attends professional lectures at home and abroad, such as the courses and lectures by Prof. Dr. Aleksa Marković and Prof. Dr. Snežana Čolić, which are dedicated to advanced techniques in dental implant placement and bone grafting.
He completed a fellowship with professors Bjarni E. Pjetursson and Niklaus Lang in Dubai in November 2014, with the main topic being evidence-based implant therapy planning.
In Hanover in 2016, with Professor Gellrich, he acquired the skills and knowledge for bone regeneration using bone grafts, and in 2017 in Bern, Switzerland, with the legendary Professor Daniel Buser, he focused on resolving complications in the esthetic zone.
In 2018, he goes to Porto to further his training in bone grafts with Professor de Sousa, and in 2019, in Lisbon, with Professor Carames, he acquires knowledge of the Pro Arch concept for edentulous jaw rehabilitation.
In March 2020, before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, he was in Brazil at the ILAPEO institute in Curitiba, where the focus is on immediate implant placement. He returned to Braga, Portugal, in 2021 to train in the All-on-4 concept for treating edentulous jaws.
He has been a regular member of the ITI, the International Team for Implantology, since 2014 and is active in the Belgrade ITI Study Club meetings.
January 2023. with Dr. Ružica Lalović, a specialist in dental prosthodontics, and his brother Nikola Malušev, a dental technician, founded “White Clinic Belgrade” in the heart of Belgrade with the idea of creating an absolutely integrated, modern dental clinic where patients will receive all possible care in one place.
