Dr. Sara Bogdanović

Sara Bogdanović, born in Zrenjanin in 1998. She graduated from elementary and high school as a „Vuk Karadžić“ diploma holder. She began her studies at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Belgrade, in 2016. She authored two scientific research papers as the lead author, titled „The Effect of Intense Physical Activity on Saliva Secretion and Properties“ and „Serum Antibody Titer and Avidity Reactive with Candida albicans in Individuals with Periodontopathy,“ which were presented at international student congresses. As a final-year student, she published a paper in the journal „Medicinski arhiv“ M(23) titled „The Effect of Physical Activity During Sports Training on the Level of Diagnostic Markers in Saliva.“ During her final year of studies, she was a recipient of the „Dositeja“ scholarship, which is awarded to the best students in their final years.
After completing the mandatory 6-month internship at the Faculty of Dentistry, they will take the state exam in May 2023.
Enrolls in doctoral academic studies at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Belgrade, in 2022. He is a scholarship recipient from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation in the field of oral surgery, which addresses the pathology of mandibular cysts under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Miroslav Andrić. In 2024, he enrolled in a specialist program at the Clinic for Oral Surgery.
