Are you planning to come from abroad?
We know how important it is to plan your trip in advance. That's why we've developed an online therapy planning system, which allows us to complete most of the organization before you arrive in Belgrade.
Based on the medical documentation you provide, our doctors create an individual preliminary treatment plan, estimate the number of required visits, the length of stay, and prepare a financial plan. This allows you to organize your time, travel, and accommodation in advance, with a clear understanding of the treatment process.
What does the process look like?
- Send us your documentation
In order for us to analyze your case, we need you to provide us with:
- CBCT (3D) scan or orthopantomogram (OPT) scan;
- several photos of your smile and teeth;
- a short description of the problem and the desired result;
- approximate dates when you plan to arrive in Belgrade.
Based on this information, our doctors analyze your condition in detail and create an individual treatment plan.
- How to properly photograph yourself?
To create the most accurate preliminary treatment plan, we need you to send us a few photos taken with a cell phone.
Take a photo:
- the widest smile;
- teeth in the bite;
- right side;
- left side;
You can see some sample photos below, which we have prepared for you, courtesy of our colleague Tijana:

To start, take a photo of your face with your widest smile.

For that photograph, it is important for us to see your face and smile line so that we have as much information as possible about the visibility of your teeth and gums and your facial symmetry.

After that, please take pictures of your side teeth and your bite as best you can.

Of course, your photo can't look like this because you don't have retractors, but the main thing is to give us the best possible view of the condition of your oral cavity.

And finally, right and left profile views, to obtain additional information about your facial anatomy and muscle function.
- You receive a preliminary treatment plan
After analyzing the documentation, you get:
- Proposed treatment plan;
- estimate the duration of treatment;
- number of required visits;
- recommended therapy schedule;
- a financial plan with all projected expenses.
It is important to emphasize that the treatment plan preliminary, as it is prepared based on the provided documentation. The final therapy is confirmed after a clinical examination at the office.
In most cases, the preliminary plan remains unchanged; however, certain adjustments may be necessary if changes are observed during the examination that were not visible on the scan or occurred between the submission of the documentation and the appointment.
- Arrival at White Clinic Belgrade
During the first visit, a detailed clinical examination is performed, the final treatment plan is confirmed, and treatment begins.
Our goal is to organize the majority of the therapy during a pre-planned stay in Belgrade, in order to minimize the number of visits without compromising the quality of the work.
How long is the stay in Belgrade?
The duration of the stay depends on the type of therapy and the individual treatment plan.
For most of the more complex interventions, a stay of 7 to 10 business days.
In the case of implant therapy, treatment most often takes place in two phases.
- First phase
During the first visit, the surgical part of the therapy is performed, which may include:
- implant placement;
- regenerative procedures, when needed;
- the fabrication and delivery of temporary teeth or temporary work.
Temporary restorations allow you to maintain your aesthetics, speech, and chewing function during the healing period, while following the recommendations provided by our team.
Period of osseointegration
After the implant is placed, it takes time for the implant to fuse with the surrounding bone. This process is called osseointegration and on average lasts a minimum three to four months, depending on the individual healing process.
- Second phase
After osseointegration is complete, the definitive prosthetic restoration is fabricated.
During this visit, digital scanning, trials, and the final delivery of the work are completed, with the option for corrections to ensure the final result fully meets your expectations.
For therapies that do not include implants, such as the fabrication of veneers or crowns on the teeth, the number of visits and the duration of the stay are determined individually, depending on the complexity of the case and the patient's scheduling options, most often within 10 business days, but can also be divided into two phases, during which you will wear temporary teeth.
Temporary Works
Temporary teeth are an important part of the treatment.
In addition to providing a natural-looking smile during treatment, they allow for normal speech and chewing, while also serving as a trial run for the future smile.
During the time you are wearing the temporary restoration, you and your dentist can evaluate the shape, size, color, and function of the tooth. Any necessary adjustments can be made when the final restoration is created.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I schedule therapy without a prior consultation?
Yes. If you are coming from abroad or are unable to come for an examination before starting therapy, it is sufficient to send us a CBCT (3D) or OPT scan, photos of your teeth, and a brief description of the problem. Based on the provided documentation, our doctors will create an individual preliminary treatment plan with a cost estimate, an estimated treatment duration, and the number of required visits.
- What if the treatment plan changes after the examination?
In some cases, it may be necessary to add or omit certain interventions if the clinical examination reveals a different condition than what was seen on the image, or if a significant amount of time has passed since the image was taken. You will be fully informed about any potential changes before the start of therapy.
- Will I be without teeth during therapy?
No. In the vast majority of cases, temporary teeth or provisional prosthetic work are made to allow you to maintain the aesthetics of your smile, as well as your speech and chewing function, during the treatment period.
- How is payment made?
Payment is arranged by phase of therapy. This way, costs align with the course of treatment, and the patient knows the financial plan and payment schedule in advance.
- How quickly can I get a treatment plan?
After you provide us with your complete medical documentation, our doctors will analyze it and prepare an individual preliminary treatment plan as quickly as possible. The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the case.
- What if I don't have a CBCT scan?
In most cases, it is sufficient for you to send us an orthopantomogram (OPT) and photographs. If we determine that a CBCT is necessary for more precise treatment planning, we will notify you in a timely manner.
- Can I combine multiple dental procedures during one visit?
Yes. Whenever medically possible, we organize the treatment plan so that as many of the necessary interventions as possible are completed during a single stay, which reduces the number of visits and makes travel arrangements easier.
- Can you help with organizing accommodation and transportation?
Of course. We want your stay in Belgrade to be as pleasant and easy as possible. That's why, after you schedule your appointment, we will recommend proven accommodation options near White Clinic Belgrade, so you can get to your scheduled procedures easily and stress-free.
We also work with experienced drivers who track your flight number, wait for you upon landing, and drive you to your agreed-upon destination.
- Are transportation and accommodation included in the price of the therapy?
No. At White Clinic Belgrade, we deeply believe in absolute cost transparency. If we were to artificially include these services as „free“ in the treatment price, it would mean we would have to calculate with a budget for transportation and accommodation, which could make patients suspect that a compromise is being made somewhere—for example, at the expense of the quality of the premium materials we use.
We want every patient to know exactly what they are paying for: our mission is to make the price of the dental treatment itself as affordable and realistic as possible, while maintaining an uncompromisingly high standard and using the best materials on the market.
To make organizing your trip easier, we provide all our patients with special discounts on accommodations at vetted apartments and hotels with which we have long-standing partnerships. This way, you receive the highest quality of treatment and more favorable conditions for your stay, with complete clarity at every step.
